STEPS IN FOLLOWING REFLECTION TECHNIQUE

 In this blog I shall give you the best and easy steps on how can one practice reflection technique everyday. Only if you practice everyday, one shall develop the detachment to all the mental modifications through self awareness of your thoughts and emotions. 

Reflection brings harmony with the outcome of solidarity with one true self. As and when we carry this practice one shall become more mindfull of everything happening within the immediate surrounding and become more conscious towards everything we do. This help our mind train beautifully to not make same mistakes consciously because regular practice will bring Gyan(wisdom) Bhava and objectivity in knowing what is right and what is wrong. What is significant and what is not significant. What is permanent and what is impermanent. Slowly and gradually, we shall cultivate the Vairagya bhava(detachment) from kleshas (mental afflictions) and reach to ultimate Ekagrata ( One pointedness).

Reflection also helps in balancing your chiita (personality complex).  In my previous blog (My workstation) i have mentioned all the components of personality complex that governs our personality.
lets move on to the steps in doing reflection technique.
step 1- Every time before u sleep close your eyes and try to recall all the activities you did from morning till night before going to bed in ascending order. This shall be done with closed eyes. After taking few breathes and understanding that we don't have to be attached with any thought's. Just try to go sequential with the series of activities from the time u wake up and till the time u went to bed without getting attached to any.

step 2 - once you done after that slowly open your eyes and be loyal to yourself if we able to remember everything sequentially. IF YES then we are actually practicing MINDFULNESS, IF NO then we have to more mindful next time. 
The idea behind this is to leave in present. like for example, we had a tough day today, only when we reflect we come to know there were many other moments that we forgot to appreciate. Be it a fight, or any discussion, or anything that made your day emotional this technique shall help u realize the basics. living in the present and doing everything with awareness so that we don.t repeat,ignore or hurt ourselves. 

step 3- this is the practice that should be done with full acceptance and faith. acceptance of reality and faith is the progress of our gunas from tamas to rajas and rajas to satva. ekagra chitta is the goal for the practicioners of this technique. 

There are multiple benefits like:-
it helps in improving memory. increases your thinking capabilities in non attached manner. makes us feel more confident and polite.
helps in believing in yourself and higher reality. 
getting more established in things which are permanent and not temporary. 
helps in remembering any important tasks or activity if we forget to fail or not did well. helping in doing our tasks well with 100% concentration as this technique we need to do every night before sleep.
